Flavorful Combinations
Your wedding cake should taste great! It is, after all, the highlight
of your celebration. We can help you select a delicious combination of
cake, flavoring syrup, and filling from the following:
Cakes
Almond Cake—Moist, rich cake with almond paste.
Black Midnight—Rich, moist, dark chocolate cake.
Carrot Cake—Very moist cake, with apples, carrots, raisins, and nuts.
Genoise—French butter sponge cake featuring vanilla, chocolate,
and any nut variety.
White Velvet Cake—Delicate white butter cake.
Syrups
Add an extra burst of flavor to your Genoise cake with vanilla, lemon,
Grand Marnier, Chambord (raspberry), Frangelico (hazelnut), mocha (coffee),
rum, Amaretto (almond), or your favorite flavor.
Fillings
Buttercream, in any of the flavors mentioned above under "syrups," or another favorite of yours.
Mousse—Dark chocolate or white chocolate.
Other—Lemon curd, pastry cream, or chocolate truffle.
The Icing on the Cake
We will finish your wedding cake with our silken, light buttercream in your choice of flavor. It has a lovely tone and creamy texture—the unmistakable sign of fresh, pure butter and vanilla. If you wish to add a distinctively European or contemporary look to your cake, you may request a finish of rolled fondant.

We appreciate receiving your order at least one month before the wedding. Wedding cake prices vary, depending on a per-serving basis.
